Here’s How Our Service Can Work for
you -
Carol called Partnership for Eldercare for assistance with relocating her parents, who are becoming frail, from Pittsburgh, PA to a senior residence near her home in Houston, TX.
The counselor compiled a list of housing options in
the new community, provided information on social
and health services such as medical referrals, meals
on wheels, and senior centers and referred Carol to
an elderlaw attorney for Medicaid planning.
Carol also attended Eldercare 101, one of our special seminars held at her workplace, where she learned about additional resources and benefits available to assist her and her family.
